We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if we determine that a service or medication is clinically unsuitable for you. Weight loss treatments are only supplied following a satisfactory clinical assessment.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Shelley are issued only after a thorough online clinical consultation. Our prescribers review each consultation individually. No prescription is guaranteed, and our clinicians may decline to prescribe where it is not in your best clinical interest.
You are responsible for disclosing all current medications, medical conditions, allergies, and relevant health history. Failure to do so may result in clinical harm for which we cannot accept liability.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated on the prescription. Repeat prescriptions require a new clinical assessment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include the cost of the consultation, medication (where prescribed), and standard delivery.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay for that order.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a consultation fee may apply. This will be made clear before you complete payment.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You must ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the nature of prescription medicines.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medications dispensed specifically for you. Refunds will only be considered where medication is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not accept liability for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during consultation, or from failure to follow the instructions and warnings provided with your medication.
